• Wearing appropriate safety gear and protective equipment
• Ensuring your motorcycle is properly maintained and roadworthy

5. Premium Services and Payments

Some features of Adventure Motor require a premium subscription. Premium services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The Adventure Motor service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adventure Motor and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the service, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the service.

ADVENTURE MOTOR AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SERVICE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adventure Motor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms
